REFUND POLICY

Mugundkrishna will not, under any circumstances issue refunds. Except if you wish to cancel the registration 24 hours before the session starts. In that case the refund will take 5 to 7 working days.

If the participant has to leave the course or online workshops due to any personal reason whatsoever, he/she will NOT be entitled to any refund; however, he/she may be allowed to attend if any next same online workshop or same course is available.

Cancellation and refund policy can vary based on the programs. Please check program policy before signing up. Generally for most programs a cancellation fee of 10% will be levied if cancelled at least 5 days before program start date. After that cancellations or carry forwards will not be possible and there is no refund for no shows. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellations later than 24 hours (24 hours before the allotted sessions start) prior to class start time for any reason will not be cancelled or credited. The cancellation policy applies to all studio users and online users. No refund or cancellation will be made for late cancellations under any circumstances.
